NGW Series Planetary Gear Reducer

Overview：

NGW series planetary gear reducer from SR are compact and light, comparing with shaft-fixed driving cylindrical gear reducers with hard tooth surfaces, the weight is 1/2 ~ 1/3 lower, and volume is 1/2~1/3 less. It is of high driving efficiency, bearing capacity and driving power.The outline shapes are varied, and they will run steadily and at low noise. It employs high quality Alloy steel that is hardened and nitrided, so it is of better performance.

1. Small volume and light weight. Under the same conditions, it is 1/2 weight lighter than ordinary involute cylindrical gear reducer, and 1/2~1/3 smaller in volume. 
2. High transmission efficiency: single-stage planetary gear reducer reaches 97%-98%; two-stage planetary gear reducer reaches 94%-96%; three-stage planetary gear reducer 91%-94%. 
3. Large transmission power range: from less than 1KW to 1300KW, or even greater. 
4. Large transmission range: i=2.8～2000 
5. Strong adaptability and durability.

Application area:

Mainly used in metallurgy, mining, lifting and transportation machinery and equipment, and can also be used as power transmission under other similar industrial and mining conditions.
