Overview:
The gear of Z series cylindrical gear reducer with high strength and low carbon alloy steel by carburizing quenching, tooth surface hardness of HRC58-62, gear are CNC grinding process, high precision.The main parts use the high quality alloy steel. Mainly used for belt conveyor and various kinds of transport machinery, can also be used to drive other general machinery. It's widely used in metallurgy, mining, chemical, building materials, lifting, transportation, textile, paper, equipment, plastics, rubber, engineering machinery, energy and other industrial sectors.
Characteristics:
1).Transmission rate is high: single stage is greater than 96.5%, double stage is greater than 93%, three stage is greater than 90%.
2).Stable operation, low noise.
3).Small size, light weight, long service life, high carrying capacity.
4).Easy to be disassembled and easy to install.
Working conditions:
(1). The input speed is generally less than 1500r/min.
(2). The circumferential speed of gear transmission is not more than 20mis.
(3). Working environment -40℃~+50℃. If it is below 0℃, the lubricant should be preheated to above 0℃ before start-up. The reducer can be equipped with a backstop.
