D Series Conical Cylindrical Gear Reducer

Overview:

D series conical cylindrical gear reducer is a common reduction device in ordinary reducers. The reducer has a very modular design and construction and provide excellent performance and engineering advantages,strong load-bearing capacity, small volume, and low noise. It is suitable for mechanical transmission where the input shaft and the output shaft are arranged at right angles.Conical cylindrical gear reducers made of high-quality alloy steel by carburizing and quenching, and the hardness of the gear reaches HRC58-62. It is produced according to the national standard (GB19004-88), mainly including four series of DBY/DBYK/DBZ (Two stage----8~14), DCY/DCYK/DCZ(Three stage----16~50).
