Reasons: lubricating oil has more impurities; the gear meshing part is damaged, the gear gap is enlarged, the bearing gap is large; the bearing is damaged or severely worn.
Remedy: Check the meshing parts and replace damaged components. Adjust the bearing clearance. Replace damaged bearings.
2. The bearing temperature is too high
Reasons: The oil level in the reducer is too low; the lubricating oil is too little and the lubricating oil has aged; the bearing is damaged.
Remedy: Check the oil level at room temperature to make up for the lubricating oil. Check when the last oil change was, and the lubricant can be replaced. Check the bearing, it is best to replace it.
3. Oil seal seepage and oil leakage
Reason: oil seal seal failure
Remedy: replace the oil seal. Check the wear condition of the shaft at the oil seal and replace it.
4. The reducer operating temperature is high
Reason: The amount of oil contained in the reducer is too high or too little, the oil is aging, and the lubricating oil is seriously polluted.
Remedy: Check the oil level and be able to correct the oil level. Add lubricating oil to check when the last oil change was, and it is possible to need to replace lubricating oil.
5. Tooth surface wear or corrosion
Reason: The lubricating oil is of substandard quality or rich in impurities.
6. Gear teeth cracking
Reason: Overload operation, gear quality problem.
Remedy: Replace parts and calculate the load from the beginning to see if the selection is correct.
7. The input shaft of the reducer is cracked
Reason: The radial force is too large, the coupling device is too bad, and the quality problem.
Remedy: Replace parts. When the user uses the pulley to input power, check whether the radial force exceeds the regular maximum value. Check whether the viewpoint error of the coupling device is out of tolerance.
8. The chassis is cracked
Reason: Too much radial force, cracked gear teeth, quality problem.
Remedy: When the user uses a chain drive to output power, it is necessary to check the radial force. If the radial force exceeds the maximum value of the rule, it is recommended that the user's reducer supplier choose a welded box or an enlarged model.
