When the ambient temperature is between 0°C and 30°C, use 150 gear oil when the output shaft speed is above 100 rpm, and use 220 gear oil when it is below 100 rpm. When the ambient temperature is -10 to 15°C, use 68 gear oil when the output speed is above 100 rpm, and use 100 gear oil when the output speed is below 100 rpm.

The heat treatment of the reducer gear adopts high-frequency quenching of the tooth surface which makes the deformation of the parts smaller; the tooth surface obtained after high-frequency quenching has high strength, hardness, wear resistance and fatigue limit, while the core still maintains sufficient plasticity and toughness .
