The prevention and control of oil leakage of reducer should be improved and perfected from the aspects of technology, production process and quality control. The specific measures are as follows:
1. The groove of welded box steel plate is designed according to thickness regulation, and the weld seam is inspected by MT and UT according to standard requirement; the casting box is inspected by MT and UT, so as to improve casting technology and improve casting quality.
2. Optimize the design of the scheme, carry out the static and dynamic analysis and calculation of the material and structure under different loads on the stiffness and strength of the box body, and complete the modal analysis of the box body components to complete the rationality of the design.
3. Increase the surface hardening treatment sleeve on the input and output axles, grind the hardened surface, improve the surface roughness, ensure the hardness and roughness at the contact with the lip of the oil seal, design special lubrication for increasing the oil seal, and avoid the early wear of the oil seal.
4. For reducer with thin oil lubrication and mechanical seal, increase oil return hole on bearing seat, set throttle sleeve according to flow calculation requirement, accurately distribute the flow of each lubrication point, avoid oil shortage or excessive oil supply due to uneven oil distribution.
5. Change the thread of oil discharge hole to post-weld processing to ensure the thread matching and tolerance requirements; increase the contact area between the screw plug and the end face of oil discharge hole to ensure good contact between the end face of sealing gasket.
6. Sealing gasket is used between the observation hole cover plate and the box body of the reducer to increase the thickness of the viewing hole cover plate and reduce the roughness of the bonding part; for the cover plate which needs to be used with plexiglass, the plexiglass fastening bolt increases the steel gasket plate to prevent the damage of plexiglass.
7. Strict purchasing requirements to ensure the quality of ball valves and seals to avoid oil leakage in use due to the quality of such parts.
8. Strict assembly quality requirements. Establish reasonable assembly process, strictly implement assembly process steps, improve assembly inspection process, and formulate "Inspection Record of Assembly Process" for assembly and lubrication pipeline configuration to prevent oil leakage caused by processing and assembly.
9. Formulate the Processing and Inspection Record of Parts Process Control for the manufacturing of key parts involved in oil leakage of reducer, and strictly implement the Processing Control Regulations.
10. Establish a quality assessment system to improve the quality awareness of managers and employees.
11. Strengthen the guidance on the installation and use of the user's on-site reducer to avoid leakage caused by installation, use, maintenance and other links.
